How much can you really say about the food you serve your guests? Knowing your farmer is a great start! Knowing your food is a declaration & the true experience what all farmers enjoy. The impromptu harvest to table in 20 minutes is: a challenge to the notion conviviality, a primer for what to expect for the novice producer $ a chink in the armor of that missing ingredient or dish, come go-time.
