The Lyons Economic Gardening Group will work with client firms who are members of the chamber to consult with them and mentor them in an on-going process to define and implement a successful business strategy. LEGG is focused on Business Opportunity Assessment, giving you - the business owner - interaction with members of the LEGG team to evaluate existing and new opportunities in your business. This includes:

• Identifying and evaluating competitors
• Focusing your product or service to win in the marketplace
• Assessing finances
• Developing strategy

• Consulting and mentoring

An initial meeting with members of the LEGG team will result in the generation of ideas and suggestions which you may decide to implement in your business.
